The direct contacts, specific projects and personal visits between inhabitants of Belgium and Poland reinforce the grass-root ties between our both countries and develop the Europe of the citizen.

Below you will find a list with the partnership between Belgian and Polish towns that are know to us. To celebrate 90 years of diplomatic relations between Belgium and Poland 12 Belgian towns came to Warsaw in March 2009 and participated in a conference on local cooperation with their Polish partners. Please don’t hesitate to inform us of new twinnings. The more partners, the more experience to share.
